Meet the Chef

Chef Ralph has been cooking up excellence with Aramark since 2004, leading culinary teams at places like Flour Corp, GE, Furman, and Bob Jones Universities. He’s not just good—he’s gold medal good, winning top honors in Aramark’s North American ACE Challenge (twice!) and earning a collection of medals from American Culinary Federation competitions. Now, he brings his award-winning flair to the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities as our Food Service Director! He’s helping shape the future of food as a member of the Culinary Institute of the Carolina’s Hospitality Education Advisory Committee.

When he’s not crafting delicious meals, Chef Ralph is spending time with his wife Michelle and their two amazing kids—his daughter, a PR pro in Philly, and his son, a Navy Reservist and police officer in Mauldin, SC. Chef Ralph’s passion, creativity, and heart are at the center of every dish. We’re lucky to have him—and your taste buds are too!

To place an order, contact our catering office between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm at macrina-ralph@aramark.com. Whenever possible, all catering orders should be placed 14 business days prior to your event. While we make every effort to accompany last minute orders, we cannot guarantee your first-choice selections can be fulfilled.
